Shipping & Returns

• We deliver to all cities of Pakistan — Punjab, Sindh, KPK, Balochistan, Islamabad, AJK and Gilgit-Baltistan.
• Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation, then take 2–5 working days in transit.
• Flat shipping fee: Rs 200 — and it is FREE on orders over Rs 3,000.
• Cash on Delivery is available nationwide — no advance payment required.
• Every order is confirmed on WhatsApp or by phone before dispatch, so please keep your number reachable.
• Remote areas may take 1–2 extra days depending on the courier.

• 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
• Returns are accepted for items that are wrong, damaged or defective.
• The item must be unused, unwashed and in its original packing with tags intact.
• Please record an unboxing video — it settles any claim within minutes.
• Refunds are issued via Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank transfer after we inspect the returned item.
• Return shipping is on us when the fault is ours; otherwise the customer covers it.

How to start a return

1. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo/video of the issue.
2. We confirm the return and share the pickup or return address.
3. Once the parcel reaches us and passes inspection, your refund or replacement is processed.

• 💵 Cash on Delivery — pay the rider in cash when your parcel arrives.
• 📱 Easypaisa — send the amount, enter your TID at checkout.
• 📲 JazzCash — send the amount, enter your TID at checkout.
• 🏦 Bank Transfer — transfer and enter the reference at checkout.

Account numbers appear on the checkout page when you select a method. Every online payment is verified by us before the order is dispatched.

Order cancel kar sakte hain?

Yes — as long as the parcel has not been dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number.

Send us your order number and we'll check the courier tracking for you right away.

Size exchange available hai?

For ready-to-wear items, yes — subject to stock, within the 7-day window and the item being unused.
